HeartMind Leader
HeartMind Leader is a division of Leadership Lighthouse Consultants Inc., based in California. These terms cover the AI Skill Lab membership and HeartMind Leader cohorts. By joining either, you agree to them.
Payment and cancellation
Cancel anytime. Past charges don't refund.
The AI Skill Lab bills monthly through Square. Cohorts bill through Square as a fixed program fee. Once a charge goes through, it's final — no refunds for that payment.
You can cancel a Skill Lab membership anytime to stop future charges. Email jbrad@jbradbritton.com and it's handled by hand until cancellation is self-serve.
Using what you get
For you, not for resale
Recordings, trainings, and materials from the Skill Lab or a cohort are for your own use. Don't redistribute or resell them.
Changes
These terms can change as the offerings change. The date at the top will always show the latest version. Questions go to jbrad@jbradbritton.com.
