WHY THIS COHORT
An AI prompt is like a recipe. A good cook understands why the recipe works and knows the kitchen. Good prompts help, but understanding why they work is better.Great leadership runs on the right questions and clear communication. The habits that make a thoughtful leader make us sharper with AI.Keep the conversation going, back and forth, as if talking with a capable assistant. Both stay curious, and both contribute. Each round gets sharper than the last.Smart machines need wise humans. That's what this cohort teaches.
WHAT WE'LL BUILD
Think of each tool as a reusable assistant that already knows how you like to work. Instead of starting from scratch every time, you open it and continue the conversation.By the end of four weeks, you'll have built four reusable Claude tools of your own, each shaped to how you actually work:• Schedule Optimizer: plans the way you plan, whether daily check-ins, time-blocking, a running task list, or other techniques you like. Helps reclaim time lost to repeated planning, reprioritizing, and starting over.• Bible Study Companion: walks through scripture the way you study, verse by verse, a chapter at a time, or deeper into the original language and context.• Decision-Making Partner: a sounding board built on your core values and the thinking of the coaches and leaders you admire.• Authentic Voice Tool: keeps your authentic voice, so AI doesn’t flatten your writing into familiar patterns: too many em dashes, X/Y flips, and other tells. You'll also leave with the method to keep building more. Say what you're trying to do, describe the result you want, name what's making it harder than it should be, and let Claude ask the questions that get you to clarity.

ABOUT J BRAD BRITTON

I've spent 40+ years in leadership and sales development. My deepest lessons in listening, though, came from my son Sam. Sam has autism and is an unreliable speaker. He can communicate by spelling on an iPad that speaks his words aloud.
Learning to truly hear him taught me more about listening than any training ever could, and it's the same skill that makes me a better partner with people and with AI. He and I wrote about it in our book, Real Words with Sam.What makes my work distinctive is the practical side: systems, processes, and asking better questions. That's how I've always worked with people, and it's how I work with AI. Asking questions is the not-so-secret ingredient, with people and with AI.This cohort is built for conversation. We learn together, we build together, and we walk away with tools that work the way we think. If you value practical wisdom over hype, you'll feel at home here.
